The Brief:

  • Specific recruitment needs in order to respect legal requirements for clients, such as valid security checks
  •  A very challenging, narrow market
  • Demanding process thanks to the requirement of six months experience in the elevator sector

We set up a dedicated team of one Project Manager and five talent recruiters.

We partnered with the client at all points, from the assisting with the ATS development to daily management of the project. To develop visibility of the brand and improve active search on our sourcing tools we put in place mailing campaigns, an SMS campaign, and specific publications through multiple channels.

The success of the project relied on commitment from the team to follow and challenge the deadlines at each step of the recruitment process.
