The project required a structures research approach, an intense expert knowledge and a strict time-management. Thus, we set up a team consisting of one project manager, three dedicated recruiters and two embedded engineering experts to secure the candidate quality. We have a strong focus on direct approach via social media platforms and candidate referral management, and we are doing weekly jour-fixe for candidate presentation, debriefing and interview planning.
