We set up a dedicated team, consisting of one Project Manager and three dedicated recruiters. We sourced with a national and international multi-channel methodology with a strong focus on direct approach via social media platforms and candidate referral management.
This was a classical high-volume hiring project with a powerful sourcing team and a fast-track interview process to reach targets, with an average of 10 candidates presented per week, with updates and reporting twice a week.
