Having experienced the difficulty of recruiting auditors with five years of professional studies, the client, an important network of professional service firms and one of the Big Four auditors, decided to make a real transformation in its approach by recruiting profiles from short courses.

The Brief:

  • Accounting and Finance profiles entailed
  • The project entailed to design a selection grid adapted to a new profile
  • Page Outsourcing contacted over 60 different business schools
  • 25 auditors were recruited on three months during the first wave

This was a very challenging project due to the high-level of requirements in terms of personal image, communication skills and knowledge.

The commitment of our team –two recruiters based in Barcelona and one project manager in Paris– to an integrated schedule, aligned with the constraints of the project, successfully allowed to manage this business transformation in a very traditional sector.
