A global leader in defense systems needed to recruit 900 profiles over the course of four years for 13 operations across France. Engineers profiles are highly valued in the country, meaning the client faces strong competition from industrial players (aeronautics, space, automobile, rail, energy, etc.)

- Candidate sourcing via client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), enriched with candidates identify on internal databases, alongside job boards and social media.
Around 50% of recruitments come from the client's employer brand. The other 50% come from proactive sourcing of our recruiters and our digital hunting technology.
