Julien Raze joined PageGroup in 2007 where he relaunched the advertising and e-commerce side of the business following the dot.com crash in 2003. After gaining a master’s degree in communication and marketing, and a diverse career path that took him from sales and advertising to the development of a successful publishing company, his experience and entrepreneurial spirit was instrumental in driving the company’s growth in Africa.
In 2010 he moved to Page Personnel Brussels to head up the sales and marketing team, before moving to Singapore at the start of 2012 where he grew his team to 25 people from 17 different nationalities, covering multiple disciplines. In 2016 he moved back to Mauritius where he took on the task of developing Page Group’s Africa portfolio, making it the region’s most profitable office. Staffed by 50 highly specialised consultants, his team has a deep understanding of the complexities of the Africa market and deliver client-led solutions built on matching the right talents to their needs and location.
Outside of work Julien and his family enjoy surfing, swimming, and making the most of all that island life has to offer.
