Then, the former HR Manager entered the outplacement process, where we provided an exit package, adjusted to the client's needs, and offered a wide range of practical and emotional support, which included CV writing guidance, interview tips, how to best search for a role, managing online presence and more.
The client's trust was key in winning this complex project. However, being market leaders in recruiting HR roles was an equally important component.
