Talent Acquisition Partner

What you will be doing? 

This is one of Page Outsourcing’s most critical, onsite recruiter roles, providing the backbone of our onsite delivery teams. You’ll be working, embedded in our client’s team, utilising their systems to deliver best in class hiring outcomes across your designated stream of hiring. Our clients range from large corporates such as BT, Unilever, and Visa through to NFP’s and SME’s such as Marie Curie, University of Oxford and ilke HOMES.  

You’ll be tasked with building and managing relationships with hiring both your Talent Acquisition Manager that you’ll be reporting through to and also the line manager’s you’re working with, maximising the quality and service of the roles you’re supporting across performance.   

Typically, you’ll be focused on delivering across 15 – 20 roles, owning the process from qualifying to launching the recruitment of the role, longlisting to shortlisting and then supporting remainder of the process. This is an integral part of helping to deliver our client’s workforce plans with all the available candidate engagement and generation tools that a FTSE 200 can provide. Finally, you’ll be focusing on delivering outstanding experiences in-line with the Page Outsourcing Values.

Key Activities 

  • Assist in building and maintain excellent working relationships with all client hiring managers and departments 
  • Deliver smooth and timely recruitment processes across designated roles delivering against our SLA’s (typically shortlisting timescales, NPS scoring) 
  • Liaise with on-site contacts to understand and qualify hiring requirements 
  • Sourcing, sourcing, and more sourcing. Generate and effectively manage candidate applications for specific roles, talent pools and more 
  • Innovative use of sourcing tools maximising applications and efficient screening of all applicants as we shortlist. 
  • Lead or work with Talent Sourcing Co-Ordinator (onsite or remote) to deliver on recruitment process and support (eg scheduling, compliance, governance etc) 
  • Support offer management process and arrange related paperwork   
  • Support full compliance of all data entered onto the database and ensure candidate MI is kept current and correct to allow for Market Intel reporting 
  • Comply fully with all company procedures, processes, and policies 
  • Occasional management of supporting Talent Sourcing partners and Talent Sourcing Co-Ordinator’s (onsite or remote) 

What are we looking for? 

  • 1-3 years track record in agency and / or onsite recruitment 
  • Some experience in head office, STEM or generalist recruitment 
  • Working understanding of using CRM’s or exposure to recruitment ATS / VMS platforms 
  • Working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and networking opportunities in your chosen markets of expertise (particularly LI Recruiter and Broadbean) 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Proactive, able to prioritise and manage own workload 
  • Reliable and well organised 
  • Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
