    Job Description

    • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from identifying and approaching suitable candidates, through presenting them to the project manager / customer, right through to successful hiring
    • You will cover a wide range of positions, the focus of which is purely project or customer-based
    • You use our internal database to successfully fill the positions, place advertisements on online platforms and address them directly on the common social media platforms
    • You follow our multi-stage quality assurance process and select the right candidates for the customer
    • You control the recruiting process to ensure that the hiring is successful

    The Successful Applicant

    • Successfully completed studies and/or successfully completed training with initial work experience
    • First professional experience as a (senior) recruiter in the personnel service industry or on the customer side is an advantage
    • Organized and structured way of working as well as a quick grasp
    • Enjoy teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility when working with candidates
    • Communication skills and sales genes
    • Fluent French skills
