Job Description

To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement. 

Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Page Outsourcing Values.

Key Activities 

  • Working with Recruitment Partners and/or Hiring Manager to design sourcing strategies for new role types
  • Setting up filtering and matching criteria on Intelligent Sourcing platform (using internal and external benchmarks)
  • QA on submitted candidate (including monitoring conversion rates of submitted candidates) 
  • Headhunting and targeted approaches
  • Proactively build pipelines of candidate prospects for niche skillsets
  • Candidate screening – high volume, technical and specialist candidates 
  • Acting as a point of contact for non-volume candidates to guide them through the recruitment process
  • Advocate for sourced candidates in the process as an internal 'agent'
  • Use external data and database to create market maps and market intelligence
