Job Description

To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement.

Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Page Outsourcing Values.

Key Activities 

  • Capture successful candidate details and initiate onboarding activities
  • Schedule Hiring Manager Interview with Candidates
  • Track candidate progress against agreed onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or information
  • Respond to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through agreed escalation process - closing the circle on any dropouts or delayed start dates
  • Work with recruiting teams to educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delays
  • Arrange keep in touch calls or updates with candidates to update them on the progress of onboarding
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and/or internal teams who are responsible for delivering onboarding elements to ensure an efficient working relationship
  • Offer letter generation
  • Contract generation
  • Raising requests for facilities or systems access
  • Booking candidates into orientation / day 1 activities
  • Sharing new joiner packs or information
  • Managing contractor and temp to perm conversions
