The Brief:
- Define and search for the ideal profile in the market
- Have a speed, quality and ordered recruitment and selection process

We set up a dedicated team, made up of one project manager and six specialised consultants with a high level of knowledge of these profiles and the healthcare sector.
We did an in-depth study of the profile the client was looking for, it's current processes and main competitors to improve proposals and objectives in the short, medium and long term.
We offered the client revealing information about the market in order to take the best internal decisions. We also provided daily and monthly reports of all the actions taken.
Our work model, focused on specialisation, speed and customisation of projects, allowed us to successfully meet the objectives of this high-volume hiring project.
